No, we do not offer gluten free products at this time. However many of our customers who are gluten sensitive do have luck with our sourdough products.
No we do not slice your bread. Your bread is still quite warm when it is packaged for pick up. A fresh loaf of bread should sit for at least 2 hours before slicing. We have found for perfect slices to let the bread sit for 24 hours. This gives the loaf time to firm up a little which aids in even cuts.
