An Armenian Sweet bread. This is an aromatic, and plush sourdough Armenian bread. Choreg is an egg and butter fortified sweet bread, almost like a mix between challah or brioche, with more sugar and more density. It has a distinctive flavor of Mahaleb.

We hope you enjoy this classic recipe that Richard's grandmother used to make.
