Our rustic bread takes 3 days from beginning to bake. Special, larger orders, please allow us 3-4 days advanced notice.
Our breads are rustic, hand finished, and each loaf is unique in shape and crumb.
My name is Chrissi, owner and baker of this cottage food bakery. I specialize in real sourdough bread, made with flour, water, and salt.

Food and Beverage is my passion and I have been in the industry for well over 25 years. I have worked in front of the house and the tech side in POS.
I love cooking and baking all things yummy!

Just as a new sourdough recipe, my story is one of sticky dough, endless trial and error, and a good amount of benching, proofing, scraping, shaping, and baking!
Richard is my rock and and bakers assistant.
He helps with mixing, baking and lifting of all things heavy here at the bakery.
He is also a wonderful husband, greeter, and head of Sales.
